1. Merchant and agreement

MingLens is operated by Shanghai Nixing Plan Technology Co., Ltd. (上海逆行计划科技有限公司), Unified Social Credit Code 91310115MAED271D7Y, at No. 778, Chuangxin West Road, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Shanghai, People’s Republic of China. “Shanghai Nixing Plan Technology Co., Ltd.” is an English rendering used for communication; the Chinese legal name controls where there is any inconsistency.

By using MingLens or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or complete payment.

2. What MingLens provides

MingLens calculates Four Pillars information from the birth details you supply and provides educational, personal-reflection material. It is not fortune-telling on which you should rely, and it is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee any outcome, accuracy for every historical record, or suitability for a particular decision.

3. Accounts and email

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you sign in with a one-time verification code sent to your email address — we never use passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox and for telling us promptly if it is compromised. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support; deletion removes your saved chart profile and account data as described in the Privacy Notice. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or automated scraping.

We send transactional email (sign-in codes, purchase confirmations) as part of operating the service. Marketing email is sent only where you have opted in and can be stopped with the unsubscribe link in any message.

4. Your use of the service

You must provide information that you are entitled to provide, use the service lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt, copy at scale, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse it. Do not submit another person’s birth details without their permission. If you are below the minimum age required where you live, you may use MingLens only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

5. Orders, payment, and delivery

Each paid report is a one-time digital purchase. The price and currency shown at checkout control for that order. Payments are processed through Airwallex when that method is enabled; MingLens does not store complete payment-card or wallet credentials. A payment redirect is not proof of payment: we deliver a report only after our server receives and verifies the payment provider’s confirmation.

Digital delivery begins after payment is confirmed. Paid-report access is retained for up to 12 months, subject to the Privacy Notice and any refund, dispute, or legal requirement. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

6. Refunds and support

Our Refund Policy explains when a payment may be refunded, including non-delivery, duplicate charges, technical non-delivery, and circumstances required by law. To request help, contact scccslience@gmail.com or +86 173 4704 5845 and include your order ID where available.

7. Intellectual property and availability

MingLens, its software, report format, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use a purchased report for personal reflection. We may change, maintain, or suspend the service to protect users, comply with law, or improve reliability.

8. Liability and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MingLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at the Company’s registered address.

9. Changes and contact
